My Story
I’ve spent years caring for patients through surgery, hospitalization, and complex urologic care — often during some of the most stressful moments of their lives.
What I saw again and again was that the hardest part wasn’t always the diagnosis or procedure itself. It was trying to understand what was happening, knowing what questions to ask, figuring out who to call, and making decisions while feeling overwhelmed.
That became even more personal when I found myself helping my own family navigate surgery, insurance barriers, approvals, appointments, and all of the details that happen outside the exam room.
That experience shaped the work I do now.
Through healthcare navigation, I help adults organize the information in front of them, identify unanswered questions, prepare for important conversations, and create a practical plan for what comes next.
How I Help
Healthcare can become overwhelming quickly — especially when you’re dealing with a new diagnosis, surgery, multiple specialists, insurance barriers, or conflicting information.
My role is to help you slow things down and make sense of what’s in front of you. Together, we can organize the details, identify unanswered questions, prepare for important conversations, and clarify what needs to happen next.
I bring both clinical experience and an understanding of how healthcare actually works behind the scenes. That means I can help you recognize where information is missing, what questions may need to be asked, and which next steps deserve your attention.
This is not about replacing your medical team or giving medical advice. It’s about helping you use the care, information, and resources already available to you more effectively.
