All services are delivered exclusively in a coaching capacity.

4. Not Therapy or Mental Health Treatment

You acknowledge that:

  •   Our services are not therapy
  •   We do not diagnose, treat, or assess mental health conditions
  •   We do not provide crisis intervention
  •   No therapistclient relationship is created

If you need mental health support, contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

 

5. Not Medical Advice

You understand that:

  •   We do not provide medical advice
  •   We do not diagnose medical conditions
  •   We do not prescribe medication
  •   We do not offer medical treatment plans

Always consult a licensed medical provider before making decisions related to your health.

 

6. Not Acting in a Nurse Practitioner Capacity

Although the owner of the Company is a nurse practitioner, all services are provided solely as a coach.

No providerpatient relationship is created.

 

7. Client Responsibility

You agree that:

  •   You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
  •   You will use your own judgment and seek professional advice when appropriate
  •   You will not hold the Company liable for outcomes related to your personal choices

Coaching supports insight and communication skills, but implementation is your responsibility.

 

8. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  •   Coaching services
  •   Digital products
  •   Programs
  •   Workshops
  •   Memberships

No Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks.

Any chargeback attempt will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

 

9. Scheduling & Cancellations

If your service includes scheduled sessions:

  •   Cancellations must follow the policy outlined at purchase
  •   Missed sessions may be forfeited
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule when necessary

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content — including coaching materials, videos, worksheets, branding, copy, and digital products — is the exclusive property of the Company.

You may not:

  •   Distribute
  •   Share
  •   Sell
  •   Modify
  •   Claim as your own

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of client communications to the extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality does not apply when:

Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected

 

12. Technology & Communication Disclaimer

You understand that:

  • Email, messaging, and video platforms may not be fully secure

  • The Company is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or data loss

 

13. Testimonials & Marketing Permissions

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

By participating in services, you may be invited — but never required — to share feedback or wins.

If you participate in any group program, membership, or community space, you agree to:

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
